Admission Criteria

A physician must refer a patient to Sanctuary Hospice House, a simple process that may be initiated by just calling us.  We will talk with the doctor, and he or she will determine if the patient is eligible for hospice care.  Then, with the patient’s attending physician, our Medical Director and staff will direct the care of the patient and support for the family.
