Since 2005, the founders and staff of Sanctuary Hospice have made it their mission to provide loving support and care to hospice patients and their loved ones in our hospice house facility. Now, we proudly offer those same services to patients in the comfort of their own home.

Home Hospice Services Provide:

• Regularly scheduled visits from RN and CNA
• Social Work, Chaplain, Volunteer and Bereavement Support
• Professional nursing on-call 24 hours, seven days a week

Where Home Hospice Provides Care:

While most of our home hospice patients are cared for at their own residence, we are also able to provide care at assisted living, personal care homes, contracted nursing homes and contracted hospitals.

How Home Hospice Is Paid:

Home hospice services are usually covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay; however, our mission is to provide hospice care based on patient need regardless of his or her ability to pay.
